I have been involved in supporting communities to thrive through various voluntary roles with Community Councils, Community Centres and community engagement being particular areas of interest.

For fifteen years, since I moved to Edinburgh, I have been a regular centre user for various activities, and was pleased to get the opportunity to become a Trustee of Leith Community Centre Association SCIO in September 2018.

During my time as a Trustee I want to support our charity, and our community centre to explore & develop new & interesting partnership opportunities which help us to meet the needs of our community, and I want to ensure that our Community Centre has a secure future to ensure that we will be able to support our community for many more years to come.
